A place to experience the taste of Japanese home cooking, Chazuke is made by pouring green tea or soup over a bowl of rice. Dashi Chazuke takes this concept to the next level by adding Konbu seaweed, chicken stock and many other ingredients for a perfectly balanced broth base. We selected rice that's not too starchy (they're a better match with Chazuke) and sought the freshest ingredients to satisfy our exacting standards. The result is a deep and flavorful dish that's sure to capture the hearts of even the pickiest Japanese eaters. Onigiri, Croquettes, Minced Meat Cutlets and other Japanese fare are available for take out.
